How to Control Steam Supply

Basecally, saturated steam which temperature is 102~103℃ at 0.1Mpa must be supplied to pad steamer for stable dyeing process. Therefore, there are below points to supply stable saturated steam.
Pressure of primary steam supply, 0.6Mpa, must be reduced into 0.1Mpa and it is called secondly steam. And temperature of the secondly steam rises up around 105 to 110℃ that must be lowered by temperature control equipment.
To control the temperature of the secondly steam and lower into 102℃, there is the steam control system which is equipped with water spray unit. The spray unit controls the temperature of the secondly steam as it evaporates.
